I belive that as zwave is operating at a higher frequency that it is more likely to be effected by distance and I ejects than 433mhz assuming that both have the same output power,
-
Going to push this to the app store
-
Mine was working but constantly hanging now. I have tried turning it upside down and doing a reset (not full reset) still results in the same issue. Might have to do a full reset but really don't want to loose all my devices and flows!!!
-
Just updated the version on GIthub, any testing would be appreciated before pushing to the app store
-
I have responded to your second post on the same topic, try keep this related to lightwave RF
-
I dont think it is possible to change the frequency, are you sure they are 433.42
-
Yes, I can confirm this is a bug, seams to have developed since 0.8.30. I need to check into it.
-
Cannot even login to my homey now to test, I will have to try later
-
Hi, Good thats is being added now, if its being added it should work in the flows, I am on the same version.
-
Theres no logs to check, In the next version there will be a device test page, where is it going wrong?
-
Yes the door bell works too, I just use different codes to identify between the door bell press and the door bell ringer, It will decode the door bell press to the homey as this uses normal lightwave RF protocol, Sending from the Homey to the ri…

Yes, this working
-
I also getting the oops issue a lot, mainly when the TV is on and its receiving false trigger, Some way to disable the oops is needed
-
@DaneeDeKruyff I like your proposal there for sound level control, Plus the ability to have error messages communicated visually and though the web interface will make this far more acceptable in the home environment. The "oops" is a real annoya…

Info on ISM https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISM_band However this does not really help useless you know how this communicates to the outside world, Can this be controlled over the internet for example, Does it connect to you wifi or blue tooth.

I think your words need checking, There are two main words 416 1040 1040 624 And also once per line there looks to be a third 1040 832. This also could be using manchester encoding, which allows each of the words to be divisible by 208, see my lig…

Is it possible to "Get" a variable in the then column if I want to pass this in a message for example, even if I have not used this in then when column?
-
Thanks Taco for the information, Should I be setting the other 5 ends points as lights or as something else? Also the device in the flow does not have the same parameters as the same device in the devices page. Looking forward to an app for thi…

I got it sorted, I used refresh node a second time and it gives an option to remove it.
-
I'm having a problem installing this, but to be fair I am not all that familiar with using a Raspberry Pi. I have installed Node and npm The error I get when I install is as follows npm ERR! Linux 4.1.18+ npm ERR! argv "/usr/local/bin/node" "…

Could you try pairing again but instead of choosing the wired dimmer switch choose a Plug in on/off. It should still work. And report on the behaviour of the on/off functionality
-
So basically any wirefree switching will do for you, this is one example http://lightwaverf.com/product-category/wire-free-switching/
-
433 and iR are completely different, I previously asked if it was possible for a 433 learning mode and it was not so I made my own app.
-
It depends on what functionality you need, I use lightwaverf but that does not give any feedback if the switch is on or off, Fibaro will provide that feedback and also power usage if you need it.
-
I will look into this, Initial thoughts are that I can make a testing device where we can send different transmit codes to the dimmer to see how it responds.
-
there is a flow card for most lights where you can flip the state instead of selecting on/off. You could try that or alternatively have the the switches set a variable, and a flow for the lights to respond when the variable changes.
-
I have tested it with a single gang and triple gang wired wall switch and it was fine so I don't think there is any difference with a double gang, One thing I have noticed is that some of the timing for the remotes various greatly between remote, …

I don't think its the same protocol and unfortunatly don't have one to test
-
I just had a look at the jung devices and they have some quite good aesthetics, The main issue with this would be to understand the protocol (the way the RF message is formatted) used by Jung, if you have anything please post it and I can take …

I spoke to Emile about this to see if there are any further logs that can be checked
