Another tip: send a notification to a phone. Nothing worse than finally coming home after a long day of hard work, kicking out your shoes, change clothes to your nice sweatpants and crashing down on the couch, just as Homey tells you you have to tak…

I can make a flow for it or cource, but I want to keep the amount of flows to a minimum. And since other devices can be controlled directly (without flows) I kind of expected the same with these devices. Some other issue: since my Homey automatical…

I just checked the stream and found I was using an old card. I never checked the flow again, so I didn't know. I have updated the flow to use the new card. Maybe that makes a difference. I'll let you know!

I don't know the trash calendar, but the flow looks fine to me. Do you know there's also a trash reminder app specifically built for this case? https://apps.athom.com/app/com.athom.trashchecker

Am I the only one using this app? If not, is anyone else having the problem that Homey is saying something about an object, translation and string? It sounds like code it's saying.

Is anyone else havingt he problem that, after telling the appointments for the day, the app says something about an object, translation and toString? Is sounds like code it's saying. I already asked this in the Appstore, but it looks like the develo…

Really? Maybe I'll take a look at the alternatives then... if there are any for the same price.

I'm also looking at the Tado hardware now to get multizone heating. I was told by a Tado employee that this would work just with a Tado thermostat and multiple radiator valves. Now I'm wondering if the Internet bridge (part of the Starterkit V3) is …

I just started using my first Virtual Device (the general switch), but is it expected to not react on speech commands? I can't get the switch to work by asking Homey to switch it on or off. Now I noticed the remark above about the light class and wa…

One of the advantages is that the configuration you make in the app, is like a template. You create some logic based on actions and triggers and you can use that same configuration for multiple rooms. This would save you from creating a lot of flows…

Yes, I also tried switching them. I also tried using different baudrates and a different programmer. Unfortunately, nothing worked on that one Sonoff. I get the same error as mentioned here: https://github.com/esp8266/Arduino/issues/2428, but I can…

I also just replaced the firmware on three of my four Sonoffs. Unfortunately, the first one seems bricked now. I can connect, but when I try to flash it, it always fails. Flashing the other two went without any problem!

I can imagine a CD rack with a tag reader built in and every CD case with its own tag. You can start playing a CD (playlist in Homey) just by putting the CD case against the reader.

Argh, I always forget that! And it did fix the problem! I'm now just wondering why it wasn't working in the first place that is fixed by PTP. Even restarting the chips using Homey didn't work. Is this some hardware issue?

I noticed two days ago that my Homey was unable to switch my KAKU switched anymore. It worked fine for months, but suddenly it can't switch them on or off. Even the one in the livingroom at about 2.5 meters away from Homey. This is both for the indo…

Why checking if there is any movement after 60 minutes? If you reset the countdown after every movement, you're sure there is no movement when the countdown reaches 0. When you only check for movement after 60 minutes (and don't restart the countdo…

I'm also wondering if there is any logic in the processing of speech to check which of the app-commands suits the request the best. I guess not since this morning I was asking Homey what my next appointment was (which is a command the 'iCalendar to …

Somehow, even after the latest update, vioce commands are not recognized. I tried asking (in Dutch) for my next appointment and Homey responded that it couldn't play the next song. Every other thing I asked (about my agenda for today) resulted in 'I…

Since the update is still not accepted, I guess NOS solved the issue on their side by removing the html codes. I haven't heard the ' ' in the last two days.

Ah, so we're waiting for the update to be accepted in the store. Thanks!
