Homey won't add my zwave Fibaro Wall Plug

Hi,

My homey keeps saying:
I'm sorry, but 1 device could not be added. Please ex and include this device.
Error node id: 9.

How do i exclude the Fibaro Wall Plug from the Homey? I have used this manual to exclude the device by resetting the device, until the red ring glows on the Fibaro Wall Plug.

  • This means something in the interview went wrong. You can remove the device from the network through Settigns -> Z-Wave -> Remove Node.
  • Hi WIlco,

    I had the same issue, while it did include with the fibaro controller without problems.

    I did not remove the node yet, since i did not know, but doe sit work for you now?

    Do you mean the Fibaro Home Control? I have a Vera 3. The Wall Plug connected to that without problems.

    Thank you! I will look into that topic :smile:

    The wall plug does not appear in that list. It seems like it's not even the interview, but the webpage says it does.
  • A new Fibraro Wall Plug got added immediately!
  • My new Fibaro wall plug is not detected by fibaro app is this version already added to the Fibaro app?

    type: FGWPF-102 ZW5 3.2
    man. date: 28/10/2016

  • @Menno ;
    You already got the z-wave plus version, though it would come in december, or even next year, so you are an early bird.
    will look into adding it soon

    do you have the manual?
    since it's not even on the site yet..
    without it i can't add parameters :smile:

    and maybe a little bit better screencapture?
    or verification that
    "product type ID" = 1638
    "product ID" = 4097

    and please, when (re-)adding it to homey, open your chrome console.
    and paste the node information that gets displayed there
  • Thanks for looking at it! @caseda ;

    manual is pointing to http://manuals.fibaro.com/wall-plug

    box:

  • @Menno ;
    Nah, really need the manual itself,  there is no parameter information on the box :wink:
    but already found the manual on Google :smile:

    But almost had it right with the product id :smile: 1638 => 1538

    The only thing I need now is the command classes used, and thus the chrome console's "node information". :smile:
  • @caseda the only paper added is guarantee term and conditions and on that paper there is an QR code pointing to the link http://manuals.fibaro.com/wall-plug

    What exaclty do you mean with: The only thing I need now is the command classes used, and thus the chrome console's "node information".

    @Menno
    Node information:
    Windows only:
    1. using chrome browser
    2. press "CTRL + SHIFT + I" (the letter i ) inside homey's devices page (chrome browser)
    3. then there will open a bar in the right side
    4. click on the tab [Console] at the top
    5. add the wallplug as a "generic device" to homey
    6. you will see a list within the console that starts with
      Node:
      and a lot of information below it
    that's the info i need and what i mean with node information.
    that information is not found anywhere else then there at the moment.

    and thanks for your time, even though i mentioned that i already had THE manual :smiley:

  • @caseda ohhh you mean this ;-)

  • yay, love the formatting, but that is indeed what i need :smiley:
    didn't update as much as i though it would, makes things easier :smile:

    will look at it when i have little bit more time.. :+1:

  • many thanks in advance!
    Want to use it to notify me of the wasmachine/dryer status (found in topic flows that work)
  • @caseda I can confirm that it's working now many thanks (FGWPF-102 ZW5 3.2)
  • It took me long before I could connect my first wall plug. I realized I needed to QUICKLY press the button three times. Would be nice to add this detail to the description in Homey, now it only says press three times.

    Thank you Marius. Quick is the magic word that makes it work.
