How do I configure my UniFi app.?

Hi,
I can't find out how to connect my UniFi to Homey? What is the login details required? I use the same as I have on my browser bit it doesn't connect. See images.

check sitename and add ip for host

As you can see I now put the IP of the UniFI controller and site name as in my URL "default". The Username and Password is the same as I use to connect to my Controller. I still can't connect.
