Homey 100% receives opening 433mhz kaku sensors, but not closing the sensors

Hi guys,

I read many topics about signals not receiving because of distance, but I have a different problem I believe.

When a kaku door sensor opens it is always received by Homey - GREAT!

But when I close a door sensor quickly right after (like within 1 to 3 seconds) it is not always registered by Homey. Sometimes while window cleaning I open and quickly close them.

Is there any solution to this problem?

    Yes it does.
And it's not like I do this with multiple sensors at once.

its not ony the traffic your sending over the 433 band, its all the traffic wich is send arround your house. the neigbours have maybe also kaku. That all goes over the same band and can effect your stuff

True, but this is only about receiving the OFF status.
  • Or maybe it’s the device being not fast enough with sending?

I think I found the issue - I tested it with a new sensor that works flawless. So I think I've got 2 bad devices that I need to replace.
