How to find current hex code hue bulb

Hi, 
Via a third party app I found a nice color I want to use as part of a flow I am creating when I switch on a lamp, however I cannot find anywhere which hex code this color has or other settings like dim value. 
Does somebody know if Homey is maybe able to show the current hex code of a hue color lamp?

    I believe thats not possible, maybe think the other way arround and  try to find the hex code in the third party app you using (if possible) . And then put that code into the homey flow.

    Or use something like this http://www.color-hex.com/, to find the as closses hex code you can to match your color
