Use powerloss or power-on as trigger

Hi!
I have a Verisure system for house security and I have a power plug that can be triggered by this system. When I get home and turn off the alarm I would like to use the shift in power status to trigger a flow in homey. I have tested with an IKEA trådfri lamp, but "Turned On" only seem to work as a trigger if I turn it on through Homey, not by just adding power to the lamp. Any ideas? Could I use a power plug and maybe use a change in power consumption as trigger (From 0 to 2W perhaps)?? Any creative ideas are welcome. Ronny/Newbie
