Homey troubles

Any idea why this morning Homey lost everything after a restart ?
Missing all "Apparaten" (>50) including my HomeWizard.
What's left is a bunch of broken, useless flows. :'(
What could have happened. Did I something wrong ?
And more important: is there a way to get all stuff back ?

    This happened me once..
    I pulled the plug
    waited a few minutes
    and rebooted
