Very strange acting Homey

Hi there,

Came home to a strange looking Homey today.

It was first looked in the setup mode (spinning yellow LED). Then was never able to finish “Go to setup dot athom dot com …” usually stopped at athom. Then after a reboot it acted even stranger (check video https://www.dropbox.com/s/owjhs0h1v2z9l4v/2018-04-08%2017.00.43.mp4?dl=0).

Got a hunch that there might be a faulty power supply or cable. Changed both. Homey is now locked in a solid red mode (?) with its LED blinking at a high frequency (human eye sees it, but not visible on video). Not able to contact via app (android, ios or windows) or reset (holding upside down).

Any idea?

PS: Homey is now powered off!

    Happened to me also. 
    It was the power supply. I tried a iPhone-plug, and then it worked fine again...

    Seems like it for me too. Athom support has sent me a new power supply and cable. Hope that works <span>:smile:</span>
