Devices does not show up in smartphone

Trying to connect Nexa sockets and other sockets. These does not have Theorin own app so I’m using KAKU. The devices is found an connected on the desktop but it still does not show up on the smartphone?? 

Anyone that have the solution?

    - do you see the device in the device page ?
    - in what zone did you placed the device ? you can select the correct zone on the right top corner menu

    On the desktop yes
    on smartphone no

    are in same zone in both places it looks the same bit still doesnt show up.

    do you have a picture of the device page and a picture of your mobile screen that you can share ?
