PVR1 with lamp dimmed

Upstairs I have a PIR V1 at the ceiling. detecting movement the bulb goes on. After 3 minutes the bulb goes out. I realised it with following flows:
Flow 1 lamp goes on after detecting movement between sundown and sunrise. Flow 2 the lamp goes out after 3 minutes.
It is possible to dim the lamp (Ikea Zigbee). I want the bulb goes on at sundown till 0:00 PM at is illuminated full and after that till sunrise the bulb is dimmed.
I don't know how to realize this. Someone any idees?
