Using Homey as an alarm

Hello everyone,
I've read the topic about using Homey as a security alarm system and it is quite interesting : https://forum.athom.com/discussion/573/using-homey-as-security-alarm-system
But I would like to know if nowadays it would be possible to use Homey app for arm, disarm or/and put in Home mode an alarm system without using some flows. Quick and easy example : "a flow says when a motion is detected, the alarm (aeotec or other brands) goes on" but when the alarm goes on, I would like to disarm the security system remotely from a Smartphone. Would that be possible or not yet ?
