I want to make a costum capabilitie.
It needs to have the states OFF, SLOW, MEDIUM and FAST
But how can I do this in the /app.json and the capabilitie folder?

Yes I have readed that, but how can I add the capabilitie on my Homey.
I already have Node.js working, but don't know how to use it to make the change
