I´m planning to use my Philio door contacts + motion sensors as triggers – there is no “real” alarming system connected to it.
I am using a “virtual device” which basically serves as a switch that I can use to trigger activitation. So my rule idea is:
1. if the switch is activates, the “alarm system” is on.
2. If then e.g. contact sensor turns on then send a Pushover.
For whatever reason this doesn´t work.
Do you have an idea?

If you install the app you can select the sensors you want monitored. After that add the Surveillance Mode Device, that will give you your ‘virtual device’ for arming and disarming.
Next add the Alarm Off Button. The last step will be to create a flow with the ‘Alarm is activated’ card in the when column.
These steps will basicaly get you what you want, look in the forum topic for even more funtionality the app will add.
