I searched a while without success
Has anybody experienced any radiator valve Homey compatible?
Other than controlling valve opening and temperature is it battery level available on the App?
what about costs and sturdiness?

That's strange - that you didn't find any info about Homey compatible radiator valves - because if I search on this, (https://forum.athom.com/search?q=radiator+valve) there's quite a lot of posts...
And if you go to the app store, you get Devolo, Plugwise and Fibaro (https://apps.athom.com/search?query=radiator), PoPP and Eurotronic (https://apps.athom.com/search?query=valve), tado and Danfoss, just to mention some (https://apps.athom.com/search?query=valve)

There is also the Tom radiator valve provided by Qupit (plugwise) and it can be USB powered or battery powered. App is available. When USB powered, adapter is with the package, they act as zigbee router
