Metric forwarding

I want to use another system (prometheus, influxdb, ...) for all my metrics, ie, everything reported by example my z-wave devices.
The "insights" panel, do have some data, and it is somewhat downloadable. But what is the correct way to send everything?

Would be nice for a solution here without creating a flow for each metric. Feels like I'm gonna run out of cpu/memory before I reach my goal..

    So I tried enabling pushing metrics over mqtt using "a sensor value changed" on the "devices" type. But it is super-basic.. It kinda works, but all I can get is name, value and zone.. Not even the device type, or value type..
