Install IR device, Panasonic TV All Models

Hi there,
When trying to install a new IR device, model Panasonic "Panasonic TV All Models, homey starts downloading but after around 2 minutes I get an error with status"Homey is offline". I tried restarting Homey even resetting it completely but still get the same error message. Am I doing something wrong?
I am on Firmware 1.5.4.
