Why can't I access Homey via android app, pc software and my.athom.com?
Im just getting:
You dont have access to any Homeys.

I can see at my router that Homey is connected.

Wrote in a Facebook group and many responded with same issue.

  • A small number of users was temporarily affected by this issue. The problem should be resolved now.
  • Hello, my password/Email on my PC is not recognised any more. I use a password manager, and didn’t make any changes. No typing errors.

When I tried to use a guest account (other Email and password), Homey started up in an older version, indicating that there were 15 app updates. I did not continue.

The Android app is working fine with the normal password/Email (phone and tablets)

    Is this the same issue?

Did you try first to log in to Homey using https://my.athom.com
There was a Problem but it should be fixed.
If you still have that problem the fastest way to get support is join Slack here: https://slack.athom.com/
and ask for help, if he is Still online Jeroen will answer and probably fix it.

Tried to log in to Homey using https://my.athom.com : same result ; my password/Email on my PC is not recognised any more.

I had the same issue yesterday.. really annoying.
I came home after work with 2 small children, started the app in my car to disable the alarm: "You don't have access to any homeys".

Great.. so I had to enter my house while the sirens went off, lights started flashing,.. Took a screwdriver to open the sirens and remove the batteries while my ears were exploding. In hindsight I could have just pulled out the plug of the homey? But I think that wouldn't stop the sirens anyway.

Too bad Homey didn't communicate anything about the issue. Nothing on facebook etc. The issue was solved for me about 3 hours later.
If it was my wife who came home first she would have killed me :p

edit: just joined slack in case something like this happens again

Strange if the one work's ant the other not.
Is the mobile login cached or did you log off  and log on again?
The password for the Athom account can be different from the forum account and maybe your browser mixes them. Did you verify that?

    Yes, I verified this.

After a log off and log on, on one mobile device: Homey did not accept the “credentials” on this device any more.
The other mobile devices kept on working.

I tried the “Forgot your password” procedure and made a new password.
Used this new password on all my devices (mobile and PC): All were accepted and Homey on the PC is working again.

Let us say, problem solved (but something went wrong at the Homey-side). End good, all good.
    Thanks.
