Z-wave issue with NEO Coolcam powerswitch

I have a z-wave network, with 18 z-wave devices in it.
Since i migrated from home-assistant to homey, i notice that some devices have issues with responding to actions.

One powerswitch is giving me the most headaches; i am able to turn it on, but after that, the device looks to be disconnected from the network.

This switch does work when i just paired it, only after a while, it stops responding.

Here is a zwave log:

at 13:39:22 i send the on command to the switch, and it works flawlessly.

at 13:39:38 i try to turn it off, but it doesn't switch off, and the node gets marked offline for 10 minutes...

Is there something i can do about this?

The powerswitch is 1 floor above homey, but on that floor there are 5 other z-wave devices working without issues. (2 of them in the same room)

Is there anything i can do to solve this issues?

I re-paired the device a couple of times, and rebooted homey a couple of times, without succes...

  • I've got an update on this, although it makes it weirder:

When i have no devices connected, the switch works fine and instant.
As soon as i connect 2 halogen spots, i get this weird behaviour back...

Any ideas where to find the root cause?

Beginning to look more like a stability issue; after a couple of times switching without a load, it kept working...
Then i reconnected the 2 spots, and it kept on working.

So i guess this might me something in the z-wave network, causing the switch not being found.
When i check the diagram how nodes are connected, there are some illogical connections.
I see devices connected to eachother, which are far away from eachother, and there are multiple (wall-powered) devices between them.
Can this be something within Homey, or is the z-wave protocol?
  • There is a offical Neo Coolcam discussion on this forum, so it's better to post your problem over there: https://forum.athom.com/discussion/1745/app-z-wave-neo-coolcam-z-wave-devices-main-discussion-topic/p1

  • Thanks, will pick it up there :)
