Why is my average load so high?

Maybe the community could help me with this.
At first I noticed that Homey is stuttering when saying something from a flow. When I took a look to the Forum concerning stuttering and then in the system settings I noticed that the average load of my homey is quite high:
3.72265625 - 2.49853515625 - 1.78857421875
1.30078125 - 1.50390625 - 1.53564453125
1.705078125 - 1.58984375 - 1.56298828125
0.8193359375 - 1.3515625 - 1.48193359375
My Problem understanding this is: Looking in the Developer Settings, there is no app using the CPU (Sonos with a max of 3%)
Could someone imagine why my load is so high, that Homey starts stuttering?
Info: 16 apps installed, round about 80 devices
Thanks
Seraphim

And did you check how much memory is consumed, especially swap? That could point to a badapp and/or memory leak.
Let's start with the "hard facts":
Uptime: 700018 sec
Swap: 462,41 MB
Concerning the Flow hint: I installed Homey Logger and can't see anything happen more than once a second.
Good point in reviewing with Homey logger, but afaik it doesn't show the flow triggers itself. Only the resulting events or other triggers.
How does it perform some time after restart? And how fast is swap climbing?
Swap after Restart: 8.86 MB
Swap after 1 Min: 16.07 MB
Swap after 5 Mins: 15.88 MB / 0.8232421875 - 1.9287109375 - 1.38330078125
Swap after 10 Mins: 15.38 MB / 1.30712890625 - 0.94677734375 - 1.07275390625
Swap after 30 Mins: 14.41 MB / 2.72607421875 - 1.60400390625 - 1.18408203125
Swap after 60 Mins: 20,82 MB / 0.86865234375 - 0.51611328125 - 0.640625
Swap after 120 Mins: 55.01 MB / 0.734375 - 0.6181640625 - 0.6787109375
Performance seems to bee better, Homey wasn't stuttering within the last two hours.
Any chance to get known if there is something triggering multiple times a second?
Update: It's now 17:12 and the Swap is 87,50 with an average load of 1.1181640625 - 0.98779296875 - 1.11962890625
Since we are in fall and winter is coming up, these flows are irrelevant this time of year. I'm happy when some sun comes in this time of year I built another very simple flow checking the period of the year (month-from-to). If in that period, disable all other flows. This had quite some impact on the load.
