  The apir is in the supported devices list? Did you look at the right app?
  All kaku devices that are (officially) supported are in list

  I have tried using the Apir 2150 from Kaku, it works fine, but just for movement
  Indeed it does not have neither the tamper nor the battery check, not to talk for luminance or temperature which would have been nice

  Just for info, I'm using a Everspring SP-104 outdoor zwave movement sensor, connected to my Fibaro HC2, for more then 5 years.
  
  The device is solid and waterproof (IP44, placed beneath overhang) and batteries only have to be changed once a year (depends on amount of movement detection).
  I don't know if the device is supported by Homey though, but it is a regular standard device so it shouldn't be a problem.
  
  As far I can tell there is a new variant using zwave plus, SP-816. Should cost about 40 euro's. Be aware that IP 44 devices should only be used in a 'sheltered' condition, like a roof-overhang, when used outside.

  I do see that sp103 is supported by the Everspring app. The sp816 is not mentioned. Does anybody knows it is also supported by the Everspring app (or other app) with Homey?

  Unfortunately outdoor PIR sensors are not that reliable (sun, animals). The best would be to have more than one so there is more certainty detecting humans. I am working on a Wemos PIR + Ultrasound sensor which can be connected to Homey. Hopefully the combination PIR/Sound will prevent false positives.

  Based on the same (non Z-wave) motion sensors, with the advantage that they have a relay dimmer build in (able to connect your standard outdoor lighting, dimmed with no motion and full during motion detection)...

  They only need to react is after sunset. So I quess thats no problem.
