The apir is in the supported devices list? Did you look at the right app?
All kaku devices that are (officially) supported are in list
it is in the supported list...
Indeed it does not have neither the tamper nor the battery check, not to talk for luminance or temperature which would have been nice

The device is solid and waterproof (IP44, placed beneath overhang) and batteries only have to be changed once a year (depends on amount of movement detection).
I don't know if the device is supported by Homey though, but it is a regular standard device so it shouldn't be a problem.
As far I can tell there is a new variant using zwave plus, SP-816. Should cost about 40 euro's. Be aware that IP 44 devices should only be used in a 'sheltered' condition, like a roof-overhang, when used outside.

Based on the same (non Z-wave) motion sensors, with the advantage that they have a relay dimmer build in (able to connect your standard outdoor lighting, dimmed with no motion and full during motion detection)...
