WHere is my "chat" function with Homey?

  When i search the app store it doesnt show up

  i can see the facebook messenger is an input if i open facebook.
  
  what i had/was using was in the homey desktop software were i was able to open up a chat session with him "locally connected"

  Yeah i get that. but that function makes Homey repeat what im saying..
  maybe im asking the wrong question..
  
  isnt it possible to open a chat dialog WITH Homey in the Homey software, so i can say forexample. What are you doing. THen homey will respond and say what he is doing.. 
  
  if i text "weather for tomorrow" he will answer. 
  
  that is what i am trying to do and what i meant
