Recognize friends
How would it be when Homey reconize me and my friends/ wife/ husband/ etc when he/she enters the room? hOmey could say hello.....Nick. Or what ever. hOmey could reconize others by the phone that the carry with them: wifi -blue tooth or telephone signal.
So Homey could welcome them and arange the light, Temperature etc friendly 'fit' to your friend!
Perhaps you could give them, depending to what kind of friend, rights to ask questions or commands to Homey.
For example Homey could track the GPS of me and tell my girlfiend who just came into the house that I will be at home at...hour, because of the traffic jam on the A7.
