Hello I want to make a connection with my Honeywell DC311xx door bel and my Homey.
can someone help me ??

    You need to know what kind of communication is possible with the Honeywell DC311, does it use internet, 433mhz, zigbee, z-wave or does it have an API to talk with or something else to connect with from Homey.

    With that kind of information you can make an app with the information from athom on developers.athom.com or ask a developer to make the app (probably he has to borrow your device if he doens't own it himself for testing or he cna build it and you test) but it all starts with information about the device

    thanks for your information, i only no that it is 868Mhz.
