Using Homey with only a tablet

Hi!

I want to buy a tablet and I would like that I can also fully operate homey with this tablet. Is it correct that I can't use chrome for android tablet to create and manage flows as with regular chrome?

So I might buy a windows based tablet, but would that give me all features of the desktop app? Can I expect some problems because I want to use it with a touch screen?
