Export Insights

bjbjbjbj Member
Can somebody point out how let Export Insights backup to a Synology NAS. What I tried so far: On the NAS I have WebDAV running and I created a folder where the backup files should go to. Next I pasted the access link that is listed in the folder's properties in the App's WebDAV URL box of Export Insights and pressed "Opslaan". Then pressing "Maak Backup" does not do anything, nor does using the Export Insight card in a flow.

Sorry, I didn't know the app:

    Export Insights

I haven't experience whit that app.

The app does not give much feedback when something goes wrong I'm affraid.

I dont know how to setup webdav on synology. Are you sure you are using the right address? Did you test the webdav folder from a pc?

    In app settings:
Did you try the address with a backslash (\) at the end? Did you enter the bearer_token correctly? Did you enter the right port number if not using 80?

Also, If you have a lot of apps and insights, Homey might not be able to execute the export correctly. You can try, after entering the correct app settings, not to press the backup button, but to use a flow to make an export of just one app with little insights data.
