Added IR signal, not being sent?

Hi All,
Yesterday i tried to add some IR signals for my fireplace. As it was not in the database, i just picked a random device from the list and learned the IR commands. Every time i pressed the button, you could see the animation move, so it detected the signal. But, now i've integrated the signal in a flow, but it never fires the IR command... or it least, my fireplace is not responding (it does to the remote). Is there some crucial step i've missed? Or anyone has an idea what i can do to fix this?
