Lights and/or Sonos - numerical/percentage change

Is there a way to set the:
- volume of Sonos in a numerical/percentage way? 
- light dimmers (KAKU, Z-wave etc.) in a numerical/percentage way?

    Yes, this is possible if you use a tag... which can be a Better Logic variable that you calculate in the same flow (with 1s time difference)...

    Just an FYI to others: I have used the build-in variables and instead of a 1 sec delay I chose to implement another flow (if variable changed -> change sonos volume / dim light) to ensure that the flows are run as fast as possible.
