How can I best setup my flow

Hi

In our kitchen we have a water heater that uses very much power. Therefore, I would like to create a flow that when we both are not at home the boiler is switched off. When 1 person is in, the boiler need to stay on. At night when we both are at home the boiler also must be turned off.
 

How do I setup the best process in 1 or 2 flows?

    First you need to know how you want to switch it off, wich devices you want to use for it? 

    IF: Time is  00:00 AND ? THEN Turn off boiler
    IF: Time is 06:00 AND ? THEN Turn on boiler

    IF: Nobody is home/ AND boiler is on THEN Turn off boiler OR IF: Someone leaves AND Nobody is home THEN turn off boiler
    IF: Someone came home  AND Boiler is off THEN turn boiler on

    Hi,

    Thank you for the quick reply. I use a Fibaro wallplug for it. I will try your setup this evening.
