  There is something for u in the "Aanwezigheid" . Use the cards in a flow to state the sleep mode.

  You could use a time condition in your flows. So when the detection goes of and the time is between x and y do nothing. Also you could use the app https://apps.athom.com/app/com.cyclone-software.sunevents

  This not a sollution becouse i don't to bed at same time always

  Another solution would be to use the better logic. Create a boolean variable and use it as a device that you, using your phone, switch on or of. More roads to Rome

  And check the app virtual devices which also adds the ability to add devices (switch or buttons) for presence states (away / sleep etc) and scenes (movies)

  You can use the "virtual devices app" . With this app you some virtual devices (switches) that indicate a specific mode. You can change the switch in the homey app or by an action in a flow.
  
  When you create a flow, you can use the status of a switch in the "als" (when) collum.
