medisafe is a app to help you remind to take your medicine. It would be nice as Homey could help me remind to take my medicine. I think there is an api avalible

You need to make 2 variables with it
1. a Trigger. This will make te button on your phone when you take te medicine. (you need to add this to your devices)
2. a Number, This is your stock
Now when you push the button between a time (so you can duplicate this flow when you have different amounts of medicine in the evening) Homey will say the amount of pills you have in stock and decrement the number in stock
