Homey is gone...

It seems my Homey has passed away, I tried to do a reset, but after connection to my network is just gives me an message "unknown_error". I have tried several power disconnects and reboots. I just can't get past this stage. Any ideas anyone? The LED ring keeps pulsing in green color.

  • You are connected to wifi so Homey works... As there's a problem with the firmware-server at the moment, I guess it'll be solved soon...

  • Ok, so I'll just have to sit this one out I guess.
  • You could send a mail to support@athom.com but I'm guessing if it still doesn't work now. Firmware is back online...
  • Empty page maybe it's frozen  (must say it's pretty cold outside)

  • I am glad to say Homey is now with us again. It's been quite a struggle to get back into the system. I still need to do a clean install of all flows as they are still causing some issues. I rather not do a clean install just yet, as that would require me to dissemble the wall mounted fibaro dimmers. ;-)

    Just found out that better logic had an update, so I'm going to have a quick read about what's new. Anyway, we were away for the weekend, and were able to control Homey from there, so for now no complaints anymore.
