Presence one user not detected

Hi all,

The presence for one user is no longer detected by Homey.
My Homey has 2 users and the presence for one user is detected normally but for the other user not.

How can I fix this?

Remove the app from the user who's not detected and install it again.

Here the same problem. I'm gonna try this to see this works. How can you erase cache?

same issue here. Hopefully Athom detects this as a bug. Shouldn't be needed to remove an app or clear the cache
