  I did that , in fact homey already successfully learn the IR control buttons , just I am not sure how to ask homey to turn on my fan ... for example when I say " ok homey turn on the fan"  homey does respond with a yellow link blinking ... then follow with the white light ..after that nothing is happening .

  I assume homey dosent reconized my IR control as a fan .. even I rename it as with a fan caption below .

  try the flow from @Rocodamelshe  there are more signals send and homey only has to recongnize 1 word...you can add in the AND column an ON if you want

  i just found out that the label tekst  in the 1st box you can click and drawn it to the 2nd empty box

  Do you mean I can just drag the text from the first box to the AND box and it works ?

  I try to add another command say something to homey ... appearantly homey able to answer me but homey is unable to perform the IR task. I make homey relearn the IR controller it still dosent help

  I tried both IR controller for my fan and AC unit it just dosent work anyone have any idea

  Yes ,homey is able to capture the words I said, I set a " say something parameter"   in the execution Coloum together with the IR parameter to verify it .
  
  Homey is able to say the words I desire her to say after heard my command but she just can't perform the IR task.
  
  Base on this I believe the logic and flow is working , just the IR learning or execution have some issue
