About Samsung Multiroom: Samsung is very closed and does not provide any open APIs into their wireless speaker products. I've tried, but did not succeed in connecting in some way to the multiroom speakers (WAM550/551 and Soundbar). So this will be a though nut to crack. Only thing I know of that is capable of connecting to multiroom speakers is Samsung's own Smart Home solution.
About the Smart TV: There's an app in the app store, which works on some Smart TVs. Mine is a UE48H6700 and works partially. So I quess that's just a case of try and find out. If your TV does not work you can always try to contribute to the app (which I will try to do also, when I find the time).
