Is it possible that i could use u timer with homey, for example hey homey swirh the television on at 8 o'clock or switch the radio on at 7 o'clock, so not a static flow where each day on the same time the radio is switched on or off but with command and maybe better logic or something like that?

    You could try this way.

    Just command your homey for a "reminder" at the time you want your television on, with the command "television on"
    And trigger a flow with the reminder

    Voice Command:
    "Ok Homey, Remind me on 20.00 to turn on the television"

    Flow:


    It will say that it reminds you, but you could circumvent that by for example put the volume to 0 in this same flow, and after 2 seconds turn it back to it's normal height
