Philips Hue motion sensor support

Could be something that's already being worked at but just got one of the Hue motion sensors and they working just GREAT. Would be really cool to use it for triggering flows etc.

    it's not possible to get direct control yet with anything hue related, everything needs to go through the bridge.

    it will change in the future when Zigbee's Light Link is implemented, but right now, that is not the case
