Hi Jose, thanks for reporting this. At the moment only the F series is supported.
  • Earlier today 0.0.4 was approved and released. Unfortunately this update has not resolved the major issues some of you were experiencing, I will investigate it further and try to come up with a new solution asap.
  • At the moment its working fine by me..  :)

  • Good news btw, first steps in adding support for the D-series (2012) are succesful, so this series will soon be supported by the app. Thanks to zathras for letting me play around with his tv  .
  • Thats great news @casper !
  • Sorry double post, thought it was not mentioned for the latest version 0.0.4

wil there ever be more supported series?

    mine is the ue40es6530

when i download the app and fil in the ip it tells me it is not compatible

  • Hello all,

I have a Samsung Smart TV UE48JU7000. Would be great if you can make it work for this series!

  • TV SAMSUNG UE60KS7000 would be great

  • Also support for the H-series would be greatly appreciated! My UE55H7000 is (sometimes) found by the app, but it causes multiple reboots of my TV when I switch my TV on. And sometimes my TV is not found anymore...

Hi guys, thanks for your interest. I've not been able to spend a lot (or actually any at all) time on the app lately. I hope to be able to work on it soon. Someone from the community is already running a working prototype that I've created for the D-series, so that will probably be available soon. I'm working on a renewed discovery procedure (which removes the need to enter an ip address and also gives some extra details I need), once this has been implemented, other models might work as well, however I cannot guarantee that. The newer models probably won't work, because they are using new techniques, however if you buy me one, I'm happy to try it out :p.
Also, there's still a bug in the current version causing crashes for some users. I know what goes wrong, but I'm not experiencing the same issue, so it's a bit hard to find a working solution, but I will make some new attempts soon ;).
  • Thanx @casper  Great work. Appreciate it!
  • :) hope to see some support for the es series
  • please take a look at this topic works on all samsung tv via wifi  no ir problems anymore and supports many tvs
