(being a current smartthings customer or two years I am more concerned with storage of all my usage data in the cloud AND the fact that it doesn't work without connectivity). If you read the "flaws" study, it also has a lot to do with installing apps that request access and permissions which are granted by users without thinking.
But... awaiting the arrival of my homey and enabling of Zigbee in order to migrate fully away from Smartthings
