Re-add devices?

I accidentely deleted a zone when rearranging and renaming stuff. It contained a smartplug and a motionsensor.
Those devices are however still linked in the z-wave settings page, and in the flow page. The flows with those devices also still work.
Is it possible to re-add devices to the devices overview, without the need of unlinking, and relinking them again?

No, according to the devices page, I have no devices at all at this moment

I have the same issue. accidentally removed a zone with a device inside.
