Homey DOA

Just received my Homey this week.  After the initial disappointment of the UK plug adaptor which has been reported by others as being incorrect I finally got around to powering it up this morning.

I see the spinning yellow light but the HomeySetup wifi network does not appear (on either of my laptops nor my tablet).  I have tried the reset process of turning it on its head but this does nothing either.  Eventually the spinning yellow light turns to a solid red one.

It appears this is a completed dead unit.  Where do I go from here?

    DO you get a purple spinning led ring when you power it on when it's upside down and wait for a moment?

    Nope - the yellow spinning light just continues and then eventually turns red.

    Then I think it would be best if you try to reach athom directly via support at athom dot com. That's what they asked me to do as well when I bricked my homey during setup :smile:
