Stuck after connecting to Wifi

I've got an issue setting up my Homey.

I've completed the first part of the setup and my Homey has announced it's connected to Wifi and the ring on it is flashing green.

I can see it on my network (10.0.0.207), but the setup (setup.athom.com) website times out and does not find the homey on my network despite it being there. It then take me back to the first stage of the setup and Asks to connect to HomeySetup Wifi network but that's not there as it's now connected to my home wifi.

If I go to the IP address of the homey on my network (10.0.0.207) I get this:

Homey Setup

  1. Please connect your computer to your Wi-Fi network.
  2. Visit https://setup.athom.com to connect Homey to your Wi-Fi network.

So i know it's connected ok.

Is there a way to kick start the setup process from this point?

  • You should use https://my.athom.com/ :)
  • I've tried the my.athom.com site but it's showing I have no homey's connected.

My setup process stalls after wifi connects so I never get to the update or linking to account steps in the setup process.

Same here (i finally got one, after canceling my preorder, i was offerd one from my brother Yeah!)
  • I believe I had something similar, I restarted the Homey, reconnected to WiFi, and it worked for me.
Beware though, restarting Homey while it's updating or downloading can bring problems.

was taking to long, restart, wizard again, not possible to connect. restart the wizard, now there is no wifi animation again and in chrome it is trying to connect. The led ring is not showing any animation. reloaded and started over for 3 times now, no wifi possible whatsoever. It is showed in the list and the password is correct.
