Microphone test available?

Is there a way to test if the microphone is working?

I tried 'OK Homey' many times but I never got any response...

I can log in, and see the Nest reports.  And it says a couple of times each day 'Oops I couldn't reach the server' ...
That's all at the moment..

When I check Settings - System it shows Storage  Voice 485,4 MB .
Is this normal?  30% of the storage used for voice ??

    485,5 is about 3 differend voices you have installed. Perhaps 1 english voice and 2 dutch voices?

    You can always check if Homey receives some of your speech triggers by going to the voice-input screen: https://homey-ip/manager/speech-input
  • That page is not very useful when the trigger doesn't work.

    - Make sure your microphone is turned on
    - If you're on firmware < 0.8.24, make sure to put the LED brightness on 100%. There's a bug with the LED ring that breaks voice trigger. It has been solved in 0.8.24. Make sure to reboot after.
  • Ik heb nu de 0.8.27 software, en ik heb Homey terug naar Engels gezet.
    Homey kan me nu in het Engels de tijd laten weten als ik er naar vraag. Dus de hardware werkt nu! 
    Verder is me nog niks anders gelukt, maar ik kan nu wat gaan proberen, en met nieuwe software versies zal Homey beter (nuttig) worden ga ik van uit.
