App: ICY E-Thermostaat

The app for the ICY E-Thermostaat is now available in the app store. For example Essent delivers this to its customers.

Give it a look and provide feedback where needed :smiley:

    Ik zal evne hier posten om de app page schoon te houden.

    Is deze ook compatible met de Slimme thermostaat van ICY? http://www.icy.nl/consument/producten/de-slimme-thermostaat Deze wordt geleverd door bijvoorbeeld EON, en werkt via fifthplay (via een wifi link box)


    Ik kan je eventueel mijn inlog geven om eens te testen (ik heb nog geen homey)

    Ik weet het niet zeker, maar het lijkt mij stug dat het niet werkt. Op de achtergrond is de portal volgens mij vrij algemeen opgezet. 

    Met wat gegevens wil ik wel even testen, geen probleem. Stuur je ze via dm?

    Het werkt op een essent thermostaat. Ik kan via homey handmatig temperatuur veranderen. dit zie ik dan terug in de officiële app.

    via flow zal ik later testen. zit nu op het werk

    Die thermostaat waar @luccie_007 het over heeft? Of de Essent E-Thermostaat? 

    Als het zo is, dan zal ik hem toevoegen als supported device en de app hernoemen.

    The one linked has no wifi connection, only usb connectivity. see the specs.
    How do you want to connect it to Homey?

    The one linked has no wifi connection, only usb connectivity. see the specs.
    How do you want to connect it to Homey?
    It uses a gateway box :neutral:

    Which sets up a link to the servers of Fifthplay.
    But you need a receiver to use the thermostat, i havent found/checked which signal this receiver uses.

    Is it possible to change the set temperature slider to en textbox, zo it is possible to insert a variable. This way you can make a flow with "ok homey, increase temperature" and do +1°.
    If possible, extract a number from the said string, but i dont know if that is possible.

    Great to hear.

    Currently it uses the flow cards available from the driver class thermostat, I suppose I could add a custom card with manual temperature entry. With built in triggers you could build a flow to set temperature by speech. I'll add it to the list

    Ik heb de app voor de ICY gedownload en geinstalleerd, en deze staat goed op zowel computer als mobiel.
    Alleen lijkt de app niet te werken. Ik kan de temperatuur op mijn mobiel aanpassen, maar de thermostaat reageert er niet op. Heeft iemand suggesties??

    Ik ben overgestapt naar een Nest, maar kan me wel herinneren dat er een kastje bij zit (soort stekker) met twee leds, en dat beide moeten branden anders is de verbinding tussen het Internet en de thermostaat niet goed.

    I have the ICY-E Thermostat, works good for me. There is a delay of about a minute. You have to enter your login info in the settingspanel.

    same here, using ICY-E also temporally until be-next is supported.

    The app works fine, you may could take a look in settings if there is no red triangle at the ICY-E app when you see all the apps. It could be the connections was lost or is not correct setup.
    If lost, disable the app, re enable it again after about 10 seconds and press the triangle to reload the settings.

    Make sure the correct username and password is entered in the settings of the APP aswell.

    The ICY-E works fine also here. You just need to give the rigth voice commands to set the temp or als homey starts to give a strange comment such as : one thermostate -/- could not be set............. When i say oke homey set the temp to .... it works fine. Very nice app

    app is not working anymore, issue on github is also still open since december 2017
